Keap always places a high priority on the security of its customers and the clients you serve. So we wanted to make you aware of a change to the Max Classic app that will protect you even more:
- On November 1, we will remove any functionality that allows you to see 16-digit credit card numbers.
- This protects you and your clients from data breaches, ensuring your full protection should mobile devices or the apps on them become compromised.
- This is simply a preventative measure that will improve security for Keap and you well into the future.
- There should be little to no app interruption as we make this update.
- You will continue to be able to create and charge orders with credit cards that are saved to contacts.
- You will be able to view the last 4 digits of any credit cards that are saved to contacts.
