This integration has been retired for all new customers. Existing customers are encouraged to check their data since there could be some inconsistencies. We will be updating with a new integration as soon as possible.
You can filter the All Sales Report and Payments Report by QuickBooks status.
Filter the All Sales Report by QuickBooks Status...
- Go to E-Commerce > Reports and click on All Sales Report.
- Click the Start Over button to reset the search criteria.
- Click on the QuickBooks Status tab to select QuickBooks related search criteria.
- Select your Criteria
- Export Status: Choose from Downloaded (Exported to IIF), Imported (Uploaded to QuickBooks) and Error (Unsuccessful Export.)
- Has been Exported: Select Yes or No.
- Export Date: Set a specific date range.
- Click the Search button to view the results.
Filter the Payments Report by Quickbooks Status...
- Go to E-Commerce > Reports and click on Payments Report.
- Click on the Start Over button to reset the search criteria.
- Click on the QuickBooks Status tab to select QuickBooks related search criteria.
- Select your criteria:
- Export Status: Choose from Downloaded (Exported to IIF), Imported (Uploaded to QuickBooks) and Error (Unsuccessful Export.)
- Has been Exported: Select Yes or No
- Export Date: Set a specific date range.
- Click on the Search button to view the results.
