View Failed Credit Card Transactions

  1. Go to E-Commerce > Reports

  2. Click on Credit Card Report
  3. Click on Start Over to reset the search results
  4. Click on Misc Criteria
  5. Choose the failed criteria you want to search for.
  6. Scroll down to the bottom and click the Search button.
