New landing page - Design a landing page – Keap Max Classic

After starting your landing page or choosing your template to build from, follow the instruction below to learn how to set up and design your new Landing Page.

Content

Columns: It allows you to add columns to your design for a better design arrangement.
Form: Capture leads and gather the information you need to know. Note that you can have multiple forms on the same landing page
Button: Create a call to action that takes visitors to a new page
- Open website: Sends customers/prospects to the web page of your choice
- Go to Page Section:
- Phone Number: Adds a phone number link that can be interacted with on a mobile device.
Divider: Adds a divider line across the width of the landing page and gives you appropriate spacing at any point you want in your design.
Heading: Clearly label sections of your landing page
Text: Text is a built-in tool that allows you to add text, merge fields, hyperlinks, and emojis to your designs, and customize your text (e.g., color, font, alignment, etc.).
- The Spam Content Risk Check is available in the email editor and runs when you click Save and exit.
Image: To make your landing pages more attractive, you can add images using this tool. You can choose an image from your image library, upload a new image, or choose from a stock images library with millions of royalty-free images from Unsplash, Pexel, and Pixabay.
- Please note that image files must be under 10MB. We recommend using JPG, GIF, or PNG file types, which are widely supported in all email clients.
- You can click Apply Effects to customize your image (e.g., resize, crop, add stickers, frame, etc.)
Checkout: Embed your checkout page into your landing page
Video: Add the URL of a YouTube or Vimeo video to embed that video into your landing page
Social: Use premade icons to link your social media channels
Appointment: Embed your appointments booking page into your landing page
Menu: Create additional navigation for your landing page
HTML: This tool allows you to add custom HTML to the design.
Timer: Add urgency with a timer counting down to a specific date and time. Please note that the timer is a GIF image that will countdown for 60 frames (60 seconds) and then loop. If someone is on the page for more than 60 seconds, it will look like the timer is restarting.

Content Blocks

A Content Block is a placeholder for your content that you can split into multiple columns. You can choose from a wide selection of blank content blocks, or premade content blocks to get you started.

Note that after you style and configure the content in the blocks, you can save the block and then reuse them in other landing pages - this answers the common question about how to copy content from one email to another.

Body

Configure the style of your landing page with text, colors, and formatting that applies to your whole page.

Images

Search for free to use stock images to use on your landing page.

Custom Branding (Colors, Logos, and Fonts)

While building your Landing Page, you can access and manage custom fonts, colors and logos in the Branding tab. Click here to learn more about the Branding Center

Uploads

View your uploaded images and upload new images to be used in creating landing pages. You can also search for specific images by name using the search bar.

Images deleted from this section are also deleted from your company images in all areas of Keap

Pages

Manage your landing page and create a thank you page for when a visitor completes your form.

Max users can create multiple pages to allow for multi-step lead capture and sales

If you are building a multi-page landing page, you can copy an existing page so that you retain all of your branding and design onto a subsequent page so you don't have to re-create your work!

Audit

The Audit tab flags common issues to address before finishing your landing page. It currently looks for accessibility checks so you can identify and fix common issues during the design process. It addresses:

Missing alternate text for images
Missing links in buttons or menus
Missing image URLs

As a bonus, using the Audit tab and learning from the issues it flags can help you become more practiced and aware of these considerations so they become part of your design and development workflow instead of an afterthought
