Then Process - Add to sequence

All new features and updates are made in the new Automation Builder. To access it, use the toggle in the main navigation.

 

With the Add to sequence option, you can drop a contact into a automation, and let them skip the line. Instead of making a contact start from the beginning, you can now add them to a sequence further ahead in the campaign. 

  1. Double-click the sequence to add the "Add or Remove from sequence" process.

     
  2. Drag the "Add to sequence" to the canvas.

     
  3. Double click the Add to sequence icon

     
  4. Select a campaign

     
  5. Then select the sequence to add the contacts to
Note: You can choose to remove the contact from the current sequence after they have been moved. Otherwise, they will be added to the new sequence and remain in the exisiting sequence.
