- Go to E-Commerce > Reports
- Click on Credit Card Report
- Click on Start Over to reset the search results
- Click on Misc Criteria
- Choose the failed criteria you want to search for.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click the Search button.
View Failed Credit Card Transactions
