Perfect Customer Lifecycle
To open the Navigation dropdown, hover over the navigation icon in the upper left-hand corner of the navigation bar. This dropdown includes the “My Nav”, the “CRM”, “Marketing”, “E-commerce”, and “Admin”. Navigate to any area of your Infusionsoft application by clicking a link under any of these headers. The My Nav is customizable by clicking the “Edit” button underneath the “My Nav” section. Drag any link from the other areas of the navigation menu into the “My Nav” section. These links will display in the sub-navigation bar at the top of your screen. The top navigation bar has six quick help icons. The “House” Icon has quick links to Infusionsoft Basic training materials, an initial set up process, and a link back to your dashboard. There are also links to your “My day”, “Infusionsoft calendar” and your “task list”. Under this Icon you also have access to your Infusionsoft file box. Here you have a personal file box, Company files, and Company images. The “company images” tab, houses images you upload to be used in the native “email builder” and “landing page builder” tools. There is a size limit of 10 Mb per file, but no limit to the number of files you can store. The “Clock” icon displays links to your most recent activity. The “Star” icon houses your favorites. You can create quick links here to both internal and external resources like internal forms or external web pages. The “Marketplace” icon links to the Infusionsoft Marketplace. The Marketplace provides access to other software applications that connect to Infusionsoft, Free automation campaigns, and services offered by certified infusionsoft partners. The “Question Mark” Icon provides links to your key help resources. The “ask the community” link takes you to the infusionsoft community forum. The “Help center” link provides access to the Infusionsoft Help Center which is home to step-by-step tutorials, video guides, and call-in and chat support. The “Chat now” button gives you access to Infusionsoft chat assistance 24/7. The quick search bar is in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click the magnifying glass to choose the record type. You can search based on “first name”, “last name”, “email address”, or “phone number”. The “quick add” represented by the “plus” symbol, enables you to quickly add an individual contact to your Infusionsoft database.
The Dashboard in Infusionsoft is a place to anchor your key performance indicators and statistics to give you visibility into your business processes at a glance. Across the top is the navigation bar which includes the navigation icon, quick help icons, a quick search tool, and a quick add tool. Below that is the sub navigation bar with quick links to key areas of your application. Below the sub navigation bar is the reporting field, which allows you to anchor and view customized, live reports in the form of reporting widgets. To add reporting widgets to your dashboard click the “add widgets” button in the upper right hand corner. Click “add to dashboard” to the right of any reporting widget to add it to your dashboard. To re-order your dashboard reports, drag-and-drop the reporting widgets to the desired location. To change the layout of your reporting widgets click the “change layout” button in the upper right hand corner.
