We’ve also added fields for Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Youtube to the contact record so you can stay plugged in with your contacts across popular social networks. Learn more.
Campaigns update: More contact fields available in decision diamonds
You have access to more contact fields than ever before in your campaign decision diamonds. Use contact fields (like anniversaries, phone numbers, social media accounts, and more) to segment and target your automation. Learn more about decision diamonds.
Reports update: Relative date filter added to 2 reports
You can now search by relative dates on the Sequence Step Recipient report (in Marketing) and the Payments report (in E-commerce). You may have created manually filtered reports for this in the past, but now you only need to select the relative dates you want to see (e.g., Previous 30 days, etc.) and you’re all set.
- Users who did not have the "Can use note templates" permission enabled were unable to view beyond the first page of notes for a contact. (Known Issue 2136945)
- Upsell discounts would disappear from the cart and no longer be applied when a customer added additional products after the discounted item. (Known Issue 2143683)
- When creating a new tag via a tag goal, occasionally a duplicate tag was created. (Known Issue 2127060)
