  • Some successful credit card charges that were processed through Authorize.Net did not pass the customer info.
  • When a merchant account under other credit card processors is deleted while it's set as the default option, the quick sale in a contact record still listed the merchant with (invalid) next to it and the default merchant account for manual orders setting in e-commerce > settings > orders became deselected.
