Select multiple results on reports and contact searches
Now you can quickly select multiple results from lists without clicking each one individually. Start by clicking one item, then hold the shift key, and finally click another item. Every result between the two you clicked will be selected, saving you time and a whole lot of clicks.
GDPR and request to be forgotten updates
As of March 17, 2021, Keap has modified our data protection features for handling privacy requests. You will continue to be able to modify or erase contact information when a request is received, however the ability to systematically anonymize contacts has been removed. Learn more.
Bug fixes
- Each time a campaign link was added, a pop-up box prompted the editor to republish the campaign, even if it was unpublished. (Known Issues 2337895)
- Some orders were not appearing under Recent orders in the contact record, although they would appear in E-Commerce > Orders.
