We are in the process of moving voice broadcasts to a new provider. As a result, voice broadcasts will not send after June 26. We are actively working to resolve this issue, but do not have an estimated resolution date at this time.
What will happen to contacts in my campaigns that include voice broadcasts?
The contact will miss any voice broadcasts in the campaign and proceed through the campaign.
Will there be a change in cost due to Keap switching to a new provider for voice broadcasts?
No. There will not be a change in cost as we migrate.
How will my experience using Infusionsoft's new voice broadcast provider differ from my current experience?
At this time, we do not anticipate changes to your experience within Infusionsoft after the transition is complete, though there may be slight differences when recording and managing voice broadcasts.
