Improvements to data exports

We’ve made changes to data exports to ensure you'll experience better performance and can have confidence that your customer data is secure. For large exports (more than 1,000 records), a secure download link will be emailed as soon as the file is ready, requiring the recipient to be able to log in to retrieve the data. From now on, take a coffee break if you want to. Not just because you’re waiting on your data to catch up. Learn more.

Money update: Contact information for Stripe transactions

Your Stripe payments now include your contact’s name, address, email address, and phone number on the Stripe dashboard, making it easier to understand who made a payment when comparing your records from Keap. Learn more.


Bug fixes

  • When using the Infusionsoft API, attempts to update an existing contact’s social account fields using the PUT call would not update those fields. (Known Issue 2090861)
