When will my Infusionsoft Application be updated?
The Infusionsoft Fall 2011 Release started on the evening of August 22. We upgrade customer applications in phases. We expect all customer applications to be upgraded by the end of August. -
How will I know that my Application has been updated?
We post a login notification when your application is upgraded. You'll also see the Interactive List View when you search for a list, since that is the new default view. -
What triggers can I use to start or stop a Campaign?
You can use Note Templates, Web Forms, Opportunity Stage Movement, and Online Purchases (Shopping Cart / Order Forms). You can also use the Start / Stop Campaign Action to start a campaign from the trigger of your choice. -
What is the difference between a Campaign and Follow-Up Sequence?
A Follow-Up Sequence automatically delivers a series of messages on a pre-set schedule. A Campaign includes all of the Infusionsoft features needed to achieve a marketing goal. Several Follow-Up Sequences may be included in a single Campaign. -
Which searches are displayed in the Interactive List View?
The Interactive List View is available for Person and Opportunity Searches. -
Can I add custom fields to the Interactive List View?
Yes - You edit the columns displayed in a list and show additional standard and/or custom fields. -
How do I sign up to be considered for the Reporting Dashboard beta group?
We will assemble a list of interested customers through a signup page and notify you if you are selected for participation. If you are interested - watch the Help Center home page news feed (help.infusionsoft.com) for updates and a link to the signup form.
